“I like working with and speaking with my colleagues openly, especially leaders from different levels”
Who is the Purposeful Cultures program for?
The program is ideal for organisations wanting to engage all staff in cultural change, not just senior leaders. It works as a standalone offering or as a complement to leadership programs for senior and middle managers, creating alignment and shared language across all levels.
Why choose a self-led program over external consultants?
Purposeful Cultures gives ownership of cultural change to the people inside the organisation, which is where lasting culture actually shifts. It reduces overreliance on external consultants while still providing the structure, content and facilitation guidance teams need to have meaningful conversations.

What is the Purposeful Cultures: Discovery Circles program?
Purposeful Cultures: Discovery Circles is a structured program of small-group conversations that helps everyone in an organisation lead themselves better. How does the Purposeful Cultures program improve workplace culture?
The program strengthens workplace culture by fostering connection, purpose and wellbeing across the organisation. Participants build self-awareness, agency and emotional intelligence, creating a culture that is collaborative, adaptable and solutions-focused, where people feel empowered to contribute meaningfully at work and beyond.

The self-guided nature of the program enables the concept of self-leadership to truly develop ... to further our collective understanding of how we show up each day, how we impact on and influence others ... and how we can grow ...
