Systemic Change is an 8-month online programme for sustainability and climate practitioners in government who are ready to work differently with complex challenges. Drawing on complexity science, living systems thinking, adaptive leadership and positive psychology, the programme builds your capacity to see and shift the patterns that keep systems stuck, energise the people around you, and tend to your own wellbeing along the way. The cohort is capped at 20 participants, with seven monthly half-day workshops via Zoom, self-directed activities between sessions, and copies of both Big Little Shifts and Purposeful Cultures included.
