Systemic Change: for those ready to work differently
An 8-month programme for sustainability and climate practitioners in government
The challenges you're working with aren't simple. They're complex, interconnected and deeply human. They don't respond well to linear plans or top-down mandates. And yet, those are often the only tools on offer.
This programme is for practitioners who sense there's a better way to work with change, and who are ready to explore it.
Over eight months, we'll draw on complexity science, living systems thinking, adaptive leadership and positive psychology to build your capacity to:
See and shift the patterns that keep systems stuck
Work with nature's forces of change rather than against them
Energise people and nurture the conditions for creativity, innovation and real progress
Tend to your own wellbeing and that of those around you in the face of difficult work
The programme runs as seven monthly half-day online workshops via Zoom, plus self-directed activity and curated reading or viewing between sessions. The cohort is capped at 20 participants to allow for deep conversation and genuine connection.
